Appointments
Appointments can be made online via HotDoc or by telephone on 4464 1577. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 5:30pm. The practice is closed between 12:30pm and 1:30pm. Existing and new patients can make online appointments by clicking on the button below.
As we are a busy practice, it would be appreciated that you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so we can allocate the appointment time to another patient.
In most cases your first appointment will be with the nurse, followed by the doctor of your choice. The nurse will take your medical history and pass it onto your doctor. If you have multiple medical issues, please book a long appointment to allow your doctor adequate time to fully address these matters.
Priority is given to patients requiring urgent care, and we apologise for any additional stress this may cause our patients who have booked an appointment. Our reception team will try in advance to notify you of any delays. Priority is also given to children and patients with an emergency of any cause. For non-urgent appointments such as referrals, cervical screening, routine scripts and health checks, we appreciate you planning your appointments well in advance.
At this time Dr Ingrid Buchner and Dr Elizabeth Robertson-Cuninghame are not taking new patients.
